Interscroller

The Interscroller runs inline within the content feed, scrolling smoothly onto and off the screen as a user scrolls through an article. It does not run on top of or block underlying content. Click here to see the Interscroller in action.

         Background:      Desktop - 850 Pixels wide by 1500 Pixels tall (850x1500)
                                   Mobile - 320 pixels wide by 750 pixels tall (320x750)

         Viewport            Desktop - 800 Pixels wide by 300 Pixels tall (800x300)
         Area:                 Mobile - 300 pixels wide by 250 pixels tall (300x250)

FILE SIZE MAXIMUM:  300KB (850x1500), 80KB (800x300), 150KB (320x750), 40KB (300x250)

FILE TYPE: JPG, PNG, or GIF

ANIMATION/LOOPING: 15 Seconds (viewport area or background), Max rate for animated GIFs is 5fps, Video available in viewport area

BRANDING: Client name or logo must be featured

CLICKTHROUGHS: Please provide with the initial ATOL submission to avoid a delay in the posting of your ad.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: The Interscroller viewport should be designed as a transparent ad as the viewport area “floats” above the background. Logos, content and messaging appear on the viewport area while the background functions as a canvas to present that message. 

*SPECIAL NOTES: Unit will appear once per 12 Hours for viewers. The video will autoplay, but is muted and the audio must be user initiated with a tap or click. Most common video file types are accepted (MP4, MOV and WMV) and others may be converted to use (please allow for testing of other video types). Campaigns run a maximum of 4 consecutive days. Interscroller appears mid-article for all articles that are 2,000 characters or longer and have no related content embedded in the middle of the story.  For all other articles, the Interscroller will appear below the story text.
